Juicing for health.

Green Juice Detox recipe.


My favourite green juice recipe. Very nourishing, refreshing and simply delicious. Best prepared in slow juicer.


Ingredients

4 sticks celery

1 cucumber

1 handful parsley

1 cup chopped spinach, kale or swiss chard on your choice

2 green apples

1/2 lemon, peeled

Ginger to taste

Add a pinch of stevia if it taste too “green”. ( optionally)


Place ingredients in a juicer one by one in order stated. Juice and enjoy!

Best to drink within 15 minutes of making to ensure the full preservation of its enzymes. If using slow juicer you can refrigerate it for about 24 to 48 hours placing it in a glass jar with a lid on.


By drinking this juice every day you will get a rush of sustained energy that lasts for hours.




Carrot glow juice 🥕

Fresh carrot juice, turmeric, ginger, 1/2 squeezed lemon and dash of coconut oil.

Topped with goji berries, hemp seeds and freshly ground black pepper.
