Healthy breakfast ideas.

Alkalizing Superfood green breakfast

Cup of hemp seed milk, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 cup fresh mango, blueberries, kale, Tbs green powder, cinnamon, 1 Tbs coconut nectar, pinch of sea salt. Blend till smooth!






















Green Acai Bowl




½ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk, cup fresh spinach, Tbs moringa, ripe banana,

Acai smoothie packet.

Blend it all together, add into a bowl and enjoy!


Optional toppings: Fresh raspberries, shredded coconut, sunflower seeds and granola.
